Third-party quality-assured buildings are a way to ensure high sustainability performance and provide assurance to external stakeholders. Our environmental certification work is an important tool to ensure that we are working systematically to increase the sustainability performance of our buildings. At the same time, it provides us with a method for systematically improving our facilities over time. At Catena, we primarily work with BREEAM In-Use for existing properties and BREEAM-SE for new construction.
