Catena's new logistics property is emerging along Lodgatan in Malmö. It's close to both the port and central station, with easy access to the E6 and E20 highways.
The property's urban location is well suited to frequent, fast and short deliveries - a perfect location for city logistics. On the site we are building warehouses with generous areas from 3000 sqm to 15,000 sqm.
We are building a new logistics facility on Lodgatan Malmö with a total of 18,665 square meters. We have signed a lease agreement with Lekia, who plans to move into the new premises in January 2024.
We plan to certify the facility according to Miljöbyggnad Silver and will install solar cells on the roof.
On the same property, we have also signed a nine-year lease with the e-commerce company Rugvista.
The facility will be 13,700 square meters large and will be environmentally certified and have solar cells. Rugvista will place its head office in the new premises, which will house warehouses, logistics and an extensive office section.
The plans for Lodgatan are part of a very exciting development of Malmö's port areas, where we are adding new and well thought-out logistics facilities that contribute to the attractiveness of the area.
