Legal structure

Catena AB is the parent company in a group with several subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries.

Operational structure

Catena's operations are divided into regional property management organisations with a joint organisation for business development and for project. There are also group-wide departments for finance/treasury, HR, sustainability and marketing and communications.

The Senior management consists of the CEO, Deputy CEO/CFO, Head of Treasury, Head of HR, Head of Sustainability, Head of Marketing and Communications and Head of Business and Property. The Senior Management has overall responsibility for ensuring that the business meets the Group's objectives in accordance with the long-term strategy established by the Board of Directors.
