Catena first to achieve BREEAM-SE v6 certification
Catena's terminal Klökan 1:25 in Sundsvall is the first property to be certified under the new BREEAM version.
Catena's goal is to environmentally certify our entire property portfolio and the strategy is to certify all new construction projects according to BREEAM-SE.
In connection with the construction of a terminal building for Kyl- och frysexpressen at the Klökan 1:25 property in Sundsvall, it was natural to adopt the new version of the certification (v6). The new version makes the link to the EU Taxonomy Regulation more visible and there is a better integration with Catena's own sustainability requirements, which makes it easier to understand what we are doing and why in the project.
