The Stockholm County Administrative Board has rejected all appeals of the detailed development plan for Catena’s project properties in Haga Norra, Solna, Sweden.
In its examination statement, the County Administrative Board notes that nothing has emerged from the appeals that would give the County Administrative Board reason to assess issues such as traffic and noise in a way that differs from the decisions previously made during the detailed development plan process.
The decision can be appealed to the Land and Environmental Court.
The Solna City Council adopted the detailed development plan for the two Catena properties Stora Frösunda 2 and Hagalund 2:2 last year.
