Catena – commercial property company of the year
Catena won first prize in the category “Property company of the year, commercial” at the Swedish event Fastighetsgalan 2025.
On 5 February 2025, large parts of the property industry gathered at the Fastighetsgalan, an event annually organised by Lokalguiden.
Prior to the gala, Catena was nominated in the category ‘Property company of the year, commercial’. During the evening, Catena was announced as the winner with the following motivation:
