Catena announces an increase in the number of shares and votes

In accordance with previously published information, the number of shares and votes in Catena AB (publ) has increased.

30 April 2022, 08:30 a.m. 

This increase is being implemented in light of the private placement to WDP NV/SA, approved by the Board of Directors on 28 March 2022 and authorized by the Annual General Meeting. The increase in share capital as a consequence of the new share issue was registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 5 April 2022.

The total number of shares in Catena has increased by 4,122,676 shares and votes. On 30 April 2022, Catena’s registered share capital amounted to SEK 199,537,536 distributed between 45,349,440 shares. All shares are of the same class of shares and each share entitles the holder to one (1) vote at Catena’s General Meetings.
