At an excellent logistics location in Ättekulla, Helsingborg, Catena has built another logistics facility for PostNord TPL.

On Catena's existing property, Bunkagården Mellersta 1, a 16,478 sqm logistics facility has been constructed. The facility is certified in accordance with the Miljöbyggnad Silver environmental construction standard, and the roof has been prepared for a solar power installation A 10-year lease agreement has been signed with PostNord TPL. The land is adjacent to Bunkagården Mellersta 2, where PostNord has been a tenant of Catena for some time. The new construction optimizes land use as the new facility will share marshalling areas and parking spaces with the existing one.

Catena now leases over 75,000 sqm of logistics space to PostNord in Helsingborg alone – the most recent addition being the newly built terminal at Logistics Position Tostarp, measuring 18,300 sqm.
