The new terminal is 5,012 sqm in size and will handle refrigerated and frozen goods, with the possibility for expansion by 500 sqm. Catena has signed a ten-year lease agreement with the logistics company Kyl & Frysexpressen Nord AB for all spaces in the new terminal. The property, Klökan 1:25, has a plot area of just over 17,500 sqm and is located in close proximity to our other properties in the region.
We will certify the terminal according to BREEAM Very Good and equip the roof with solar panels. Additionally, we will conduct a biodiversity assessment to maximize green spaces on the property.
We want to grow with our tenants, and contributing to Kyl- och Frysexpressen's continued expansion is fully in line with that strategy.
