At the Tostarp industrial area outside Helsingborg, one of Sweden's most important logistics cluster as emerged in a highly visible location adjacent to the E6 motorway. Our express environmental ambition entails the buildings of the logistics cluster being environmentally adapted and certified. We also work in a structured way to create conditions for biodiversity around the buildings.
At this position, Catena has tenants such as PostNord, Nowaste Logistics and Freja Transport & Logistics.

Third party logistics operator Nowaste Logistics is a major tenant at the site. Its characteristic warehouse with its striking façade design, which is illuminated at night, can be seen clearly from the motorway just as their 20 metre-tall high-bay warehouse.
Freja Transport & Logistics operates in a facility in the area that covers approximately 4,700 sqm.
The first facility built in the area for Nowaste has been expanded by 1500 square-metre to provide additional capacity for warehousing and logistics as well as for outlet and photo studio.
By constructing an additional logistics facility of approximately 15,000 sqm, Catena made full use of the remaining building rights for the Plantehuset 3 property.
During 2020 a 18,300 square-metre terminal was built, intended for the handling of parcels, packages and letters. PostNord is Catena's tenant.
The Helsingborg region has long been ranked as one of Sweden's very best logistics locations. Historically, the location by the Öresund has been of great importance for trade, and the city is an established city for logistics with an excellent offer of both land and sea infrastructure.
