An ambitious reduction of emissions within the construction and real estate sector is crucial to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees and thus achieve the goal of the Paris Agreement. Together with our customers and suppliers, Catena is working to accelerate the transition and deliver properties that are sustainable in the long term.

Some of the areas where our operations have a significant environmental impact include electricity consumption, heating use, choice of building materials in new constructions and renovations, waste management, and reduction of transportation through strategic logistics locations.
