Third-party certifications ensure high sustainability performance and provide transparency for external stakeholders. Environmental certification is a key tool in our systematic efforts to improve the sustainability of our properties and a method for continuously developing our facilities.
At Catena, we primarily use BREEAM In-Use for existing properties and BREEAM-SE for new developments.
The process of environmental certification can be compared to a health check for the building.
