We address all areas in which the we are able to act even more sustainably in a systematic way. The process of formulating our sustainability targets were based on the thorough internal process for assessing climate risks that the Company has carried out in 2021 to report in accordance with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and through efforts in preparation for the EU taxonomy.

  • Net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2030
  • The entire portfolio must be net-positive in terms of biodiversity by 2030
  • 100 percent of the Group’s lettable area must be environmentally certified by 2030
  • Certified as a Great Place to Work with a TrustIndex of at least 85 percent 
  • Exert a positive influence on our stakeholders and our environment by participating in societal development
